Most of these lists are:-Usually there are many flaws in some way.

This is a sneaky way for unknown writers to be on a list full of professionals and look like good SEO professionals. They are published by unknown SEO agencies or companies solely for the purpose of attracting links and actions. It includes people who are good at other areas of marketing (social media, content marketing, etc.) but aren't really SEO experts. Include people who are no longer (or have never been) actually involved in SEO. For example, Matt Cutts, a former engineer who led Google's web spam team, would be a good list if it stayed in 2013, but it's gone in 2013. Includes popular "experts" who give bad names to bad information about the industry.
